Combining both UC Berkeley’s world-renowned faculty, Urban League of Greater San Francisco Bay Area's commitment to connect and advance African American and other underrepresented communities, and the real-world expertise of business practitioners sharing their own personal journeys - the program culminates with a curriculum focused on accelerating career growth, business impact, economic development, and network expansion among emerging Black leaders and those interested in their advancement.

The Bay Area Urban League Career Mentorship Program was created for professionals of all ages. Mentors will be able to help their Mentees with career coaching, crafting resumes, prepping for interviews, and more. This five-week program will enrich Mentees as well as the Mentors as they utilize this program as a way to create a lasting impact in their community.


Bay Area Urban League County and Municipal Fellows

The Municipal Fellows Program is designed for those seeking to be the future leaders of California. This 3-month long program is a comprehensive career development and executive leadership opportunity. This program allows Fellows to gain critical insight into city-level government and develop key skills necessary to thrive.

We are seeking solution-driven, early career professionals with a passion for making a difference in their community to join our program and learn first-hand the complexities and challenges of governing in the nation’s most populated state.
